Hand-held Pulse Oximeters
TMS’s Hand-held Pulse Oximeters are designed to provide accurate affordable SpO2 and Pulse Rate readings in a convenient easily transportable unit. They are not the big bulky boxes of the past, but are big enough that they should not be misplaced or lost. Our units operate via two AA batteries.
Perfusion Indicator (MD300I model only) alerts clinicians to poor perfusion which may result in poor accuracy. Poor perfusion may be an indicator of shock, injury or diabetes. For patients with cold hands, the hash mark on the perfusion indicator will rise as the patient’s finger warms up. When the indicator reaches the top, you can be confident of good perfusion and accurate readings.

MD300K Pulse Oximeter
The MD300K Hand-Held Pulse Oximeter has a rubberized drop-resistant outer casing and is thus ideal for rugged use environments such as Fire and EMS. It displays the %SpO2 and Pulse Rate in big bright easy to read numbers … probably the biggest brightest numbers of any hand held pulse oximeter. It also displays the pleth bars and has an audible tone which beeps to the pulse rate. Like many hospital units, this unit will intermitently beep if the finger is removed from the unit (to alert staff). Users may store patient data and review later or transmit to a PC.

MD300I Pulse Oximeter
The MD300I Pulse Oximeter is a hand-held version of the T33 Finger Pulse Oximeter and offers advanced features such as a perfusion indicator, waveform display and pulse rate tones. MD300I's audible pulse rate tone modulation get higher pitched and faster as the pulse increases, allowing the user to monitor the pulse rate, even when not looking at the display.
